Feed My Starving Children Sponsorship

Sponsorship

 Sponsorship support is needed for this event because 5th Bridge wants to remove any financial barriers that might restrict volunteer participation. For every meal packed at the Northfield event, a 17 cent donation will be contributed to Feed My Starving Children (FMSC).

Please consider one of these three ways of helping to sponsor this great event:

Event Sponsor: Join other local individuals, businesses and community organizations who have committed a total pledge of $1,000.

Team Sponsor: Either sponsor your own team, or sponsor another (e.g. a local youth organization). Teams of 15-20 will package more than 3,000 meals in two hours. You can pledge $550 to support an entire team.

Volunteer Sponsor: Every meal packed counts – especially for the child on the receiving end! In a two-hour time period, one volunteer will pack approximately 216 meals. At $.17 per meal, a pledge of $37 sponsors one volunteer.

 Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the mobile unit of Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) in Northfield as we commit to packing 225,000 meals for starving children across the globe. This incredible project requires four critical partners, and you are one of them.

Recognition

5th Bridge is committed to attracting as many volunteers as possible to this event. Your financial support to FMSC will make the drive to pack 225,000 meals possible!

Sponsors will be recognized in the following ways:

  • On the 5th Bridge website (with a logo and link to your business website if applicable)
  • In an ad in the Northfield News
  • On signage throughout the three-day event

Finally, you will know that with your financial support you are directly helping to feed starving children in 50 countries around the world.

Feed My Starving Children, a non-profit headquartered in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, has a life-giving mission that strives to package healthy meals and distribute them to malnourished children in nearly 50 countries around the world. The organization relies heavily on the volunteers from across the greater Twin Cities area to pack the food and raise funds to support the cost of each $0.15 meal.
